Governance, risk and compliance in one place.
For organizations that answer to regulators —banking and fintech (CMF), health, energy, mining, the public sector and operators of vital importance—: data protection (Chile's Personal Data Protection Law, Law 21.719), cybersecurity (Chile's Cybersecurity Framework Law, Law 21.663), enterprise risk and evidence-based audit, on a single platform.
Quote based on scope.
Questions about the platform: [email protected]
- Multi-framework compliance: 34 regulatory frameworks and 705 reference controls
- 15 Chilean sector frameworks and crosswalks between frameworks
- Enterprise risk (ERM) with risk appetite, KRIs and mitigating controls
- Evidence with chain of custody and a timestamp
- Law 21.663 incidents and Law 21.719 privacy
Law 21.719 is pre-loaded in all plans. Additional regulatory packages —ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Law 21.663, CMF, MINSAL, sector frameworks, etc.— are contracted separately based on your organization's sector and scope.
Complying costs a fraction of not complying.
Chile's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 21.719) provides for fines of up to 20,000 UTM (Chile's monthly tax unit) for very serious infringements. The annual Management plan costs about 0.3% of that fine. It is not an expense: it is an investment in evidence.
| Infringement | Up to | ≈ Amount in CLP |
|---|---|---|
| Minor | 5,000 UTM | CLP 358.6 million |
| Serious | 10,000 UTM | CLP 717.2 million |
| Very serious | 20,000 UTM | CLP 1,434 million |
Repeat offences: the fine can reach up to 3 times the amount. If the company is not a smaller-sized company and repeats a serious or very serious infringement, it can reach up to 2% or 4% of its annual revenue for the last calendar year, respectively.
What people ask before getting started.
Why are prices in UF?
Because the UF is the Chilean B2B standard for contracts and it protects you —and us— from inflation without renegotiating every year. The system converts to pesos at the UF value on the billing date, and we tell you the exact amount before each renewal.
Is the free diagnostic actually useful?
Yes. In 15 minutes you answer the 25 questions carrying the highest penalty risk and get your score and your 3 most critical gaps. It is an honest diagnostic, not bait: if that is enough for you, use it and that's it.
Which plans have a trial?
Only Compliance has a 7-day trial with no card. Management and Corporate are contracted directly. If you start the trial and don't continue, your account becomes read-only but your data stays saved. We never charge you by surprise.
What if my company is small?
The law applies to all companies. Under current law, during the first 12 months after it takes effect the Personal Data Protection Agency may sanction smaller-sized companies with a written warning instead of a fine (sixth transitional article). The extension bill proposes extending that option to all regulated parties. The free diagnostic is a good starting point without straining your budget.
